We are disability management professionals. We have provided integrated disability management services to employers for over two decades. We know the challenges faced by case managers who are often dealing with employees in their most vulnerable time – while still having to manage case volumes and complexities that were never anticipated. We faced those same challenges. We realized that the solution was rooted in a framework – a defined process – that was transparent, effective and supportive; both to the employee requiring support and their case managers.
